How To Avoid Neck and Shoulder Pain When Working From Home

We are still following social distancing and working from home Because Corona is still here. We are working from home and trying to manage and feel like office at home. Problem we are facing is with work place. Workspace is not comfortable and supportive.
Initially we were thinking that we are going to enjoy work from home. It will fun to work on our comfortable couch. We were not serious for work space arrangement didn't consider for firm table and chair work space.
Neglecting all that is showing results in the form of neck and shoulder pain.So what to do avoid this problem. I m going to discuss few tip for work from home.
Set works

Set workspace Comfortable and away from noise. Lighting of workspace should be proper. Area Should Comfortable to access all tools. Area should away from distraction. Use external keyboard and mouse
Stop Using Couch for work. You can not work for long on couch . Use firm table and chair. If your chair is not comfortable grab some pillows for additional padding. shoulder relaxed elbow should close to your body. set monitor at your eye level.Use stand for monitor or stack of books under monitor. For call in between use headphones.
These light activites will increase blood circulation. It will relax your mind and body. It will loosen stiff muscle.
Rotate your neck . Do some normal excercise between the work. Stretch your arms and walk around.
Roll shoulder backward and forward .
Roll your arm in circle.
Do shame lag shaking.
Lighting of workspace should be proper.
Light shold friendly to eye. Light should not be too bright or too low.
Take hot bath
If you are feeling neck pain and shoulder pain use heat and cold treatment.
Neck and shoulder massage before sleep.
