Bhujangashana

Also known as cobra pose.

How To Do It

Lie flat on your stomach.                                                                                             

Keeping your  feet close together  with foot and heel lightly touch together.  

Put your palm downward below the shoulder and elbows parallel and close to the body. 

Inhale and slowly lift your head , chest ,stomach while keeping navel to the floor.   

Pull back your body with the help of your hands.

Tilt your head back and look up.

don’t over stretch keep smiling like smiling cobra pose.

Benefits

Breathing improve by stretching up of lung and heart help to increase oxygen inhale which improve blood circulation.

Trikonasana

Also known as triangle pose.

How To Do It

Place your feet apart.

Raised arms parallel to the floor.

palm facing downward.

Turn left foot 45 and right foot 90 degree angle. 

your body to the right.

Drop your right hand downward toward the floor.

Touch right foot with right hand and extend left hand toward ceiling in the air.

Look at your left hand. Hold the pose and breath and release. 

Repeat with another hand.

Increasing circulation by opening up hip torso and heart.

Matasyasna

Lie on your back. keep feet are together. Place hand under hips underneath the hips palm facing downward. Inhale and lift the head and chest up. Keep the chest elevated. Touch the top of your head on the floor. Hold the pose and breath normally. Taking  gentle breath  in and out. Now lift your head up. Lowering  the chest  and head to the floor.

 

Benefits

Relieve the tension in the neck. Encourage deep breathing remove toxin, tone hormonal gland.

 

Uttanasna

Breath out and bend forward. Keep your back and legs straight. Bring the hand down to the floor beside the feet. Bring palm down to the floor and try to straighten the knees.

How to do it

Stand in tadasna.

Breath out and bend forward.

Keep your back and legs straight.

Bring the hand down to the floor beside the feet.

Bring palm down to the floor and try to straighten the knees.

Stay in pose for 30 seconds.

Kapal bhati pranayama

Sit on the floor with folded legs, spine straight and eyes closed.

Rest you hand on your knees.

Take a deep breath till your stomach  to go deep inside now exhale with force.

Exhale with short of hissing sound.

Speed of this breathing exercise should be normal.
