Our stomach produces hydrochloric acid which help in braking down of food and digestion. But if acid balance got disturbed by any mean it shows in the form of stomach pain and gastric problem.

Inhale and lift your legs at a 90 degree angle now bend your knees to press your thighs again the abdominal organ to strengthen them. Bend your knees press thighs against abdomen. Rest you chin on the knee.
